All of our pieces are designed, cut, and sewn in-house at our own solar-powered facility. This means we oversee every step, from fabric selection to final seam, ensuring not just sustainable processes, but dignity and safety for everyone involved.

Our facility supports over 1,200 skilled workers, and many have been with us for over 20 years. They are masters of craftsmanship preserving techniques, mentoring others, and bringing unmatched precision and pride to their work. These are not just jobs. They are long-term careers built with care, respect, and purpose. We invest in their growth the same way we invest in our design: thoughtfully, patiently, and with heart.
